In some cases, we need to re-verify and bind your mobile number to confirm the authenticity and association of the third-party account.

1.2 We generate a Top Widgets+ account for your account identification when you log into the APP via third-party authorization. This is your account's public identification information, and when you use the APP’s widget login and sharing features, this information will be publicly displayed.

1.3 To provide continuous service and ensure service quality, we will record and save information that the login and use of this service generate during your use of our product, including software and hardware characteristic information, and user identifiers.

2. How We Collect Information

2.1 We collect your information through your voluntary submission and the records generated during the use of our services.

2.2 We may collect and use your information through preferences and other related technologies. The specific purpose of using preferences includes remembering your identity. For example, preferences help us recognize your identity as a registered user, analyze how you use our services, and provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, system preference service.

2.3 We are committed to offering you secure, reliable products and use environments. Providing quality and reliable services and information is at the core of our goal. To maintain the normal and stable operation of relevant products or services and protect your and other users' or the public's safety and legitimate interests, the application will collect these necessary pieces of information each time it starts, with your consent:

(1) To ensure the safe operation, operation quality, and efficiency of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (IMEI, OAID, DeviceId, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, IDFA, IDFV; different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, whether they can be reset by users and access methods), network device hardware address (MAC address), hardware serial number, IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access methods, types, status, network quality data, operational, usage, service logs, and sensor information data.

3.1 Use of Information: To normally provide you with widget functions, we collect your device information with your consent. The application collects this information at every time of use when using related functions or in the following scenarios, including:

3.1.1 Device Information: Mobile model, network type, battery level, available storage space, application and file names and types, current application version information, memory usage, CPU information (frequency, model, architecture), sensor information, device manufacturer, including hardware model, system version, operating system version, device identifiers, network equipment hardware address, device sensor information, location information (including GPS sensor, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, base station information, IP address)

3.1.2 Application List: When using the Quick Start Widget, to conveniently select local applications on your phone, we obtain your device's application list application program Bundle ID to quickly match the Quick Launch APP icon.

3.1.3 Location Permission: When using the Weather Widget, we need to obtain your location permission to collect your geographical information for displaying and recommending local weather-related information in your area (city, district).

3.1.4 Photo Permission: When editing widgets, replacing new icons in Quick Start, uploading images for Transparent Components, using Online Customer Service, or feedback in Rabbit's Nest, we will request access to your album permission to upload image components to widgets. When sharing Daily Quotes images, saving horoscope images, or downloading beautification images, we will request access to your album permission to save content to the album.

3.1.5 Camera Permission: When using Online Customer Service and feedback in Rabbit's Nest, we will request your camera permission to capture or record information to submit feedback.

3.1.6 Microphone Permission: When providing feedback to Online Customer Service, we request microphone recording permission to capture footage via the camera to submit feedback content to Customer Service to locate issues you're encountering.

3.1.7 Bluetooth Permission: When using the X-Panel Widget, we will request your Bluetooth permission, primarily to display Bluetooth status information within the X-Panel Widget.

3.1.8 Sports and Health Permission: When using the Step Count Widget, X-Panel, or Pedometer Widget, we will request permission for sports and health primarily to help use health-related widgets to display step count functions.

3.1.9 Pedometer Permission: When using the widget related to step count activities, we will request permission for the pedometer to monitor step count content within the display widget.

3.1.10 Log Information: We will collect your device and log information during the safe operation of software and services. Device information refers to information related to the device model, network identifier, network access information, and device performance, which in mobile terminals may express as "phone information," which doesn't mean the App collects communication content or entered privacy information; log information refers to the service logs generated during service use.

3.1.12 Contact Information: When encountering problems during APP use that require feedback to us, we may collect your phone/email/QQ/WeChat/other information (optional) for our product team to better identify and resolve issues you encounter.

3.1.13 APP Request Tracking Permission: The advertising identifier (IDFA); enabling permissions will not retrieve personal information from other sites, as the permissions only serve to identify the device, meet personalization needs, optimize services based on information produced when the service responds to your needs, and ensure service safety and enhanced browsing experience.

3.1.14 Content Recommendation: Recommending content you might be more interested in. To recommend more engaging information to you, we collect usage information, device information, location information, search content, search history records, and server-side analysis to provide customized content recommendation services. We compile statistics and use algorithms to analyze features and preferences to develop indirect population profiles for recommending, displaying, or pushing information that may interest you or push specific features and services that better suit you.

3.1.15 Advertising Push: Publishing promotional information about products or services to you (advertisements). We will collect usage information, IP address, MAC address, location information, IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, system type, system version, network environment based on your preferences, and generally published information without specificity. We may share information with advertising and promotion partners, but we will employ necessary technical means to provide more relevant promotional information without identifying your personal identity. We may share group profiles or statistical information with business service providers, suppliers, and other partners; these data are difficult or impossible to connect with your true identity. 3.1.17 Other Scenarios: For relevant scenarios where it may be necessary to collect information, if there’s no reasonable connection between the use scenarios and the initial scenario, we will obtain your renewed consent before using information.

4. Third Party Partnerships, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We will not share your information with any unrelated third parties without your consent, except in the following situations: we may share your information with our affiliates, third-party service providers, contractors, and agents for the purposes outlined below:

4.4 Scope of Partners: If specific function and scenario involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, partner scope includes our affiliates and third parties.

4.5 Cooperation Scenarios:

(1) Message Notifications: To adapt message push functionality to the terminal model you use, terminal manufacturers such as Apple Inc. may use your model version and related device information through SDK and other technologies.

(2) Login, Bind Other Third-party Accounts: When you log into our products or services using WeChat accounts, with your consent, the third-party products or services mentioned above will access your nickname, avatar, and other authorized information.

(3) Participation in Events: When you choose to participate in marketing events we organize, with your consent, we and our partners might need to use your name, communication address, contact details, and information to fulfill event rewards. When participating in marketing activities organized jointly by us and affiliates, participation accounts (including identifiers), and participation achievements, progress, and returns information may synchronize among multiple participating activity mobile apps (activity platforms) to ensure a complete service experience during the event.

(4) Customer Service: To effectively address your complaints, suggestions, and other appeals, customer service providers need to use your account and related information to swiftly comprehend, handle, and respond to your needs. If necessary, they might require usage of your phone number or other communication methods to contact you.

(5) Payment Services: When activating memberships, we use payment services provided by Apple Inc. which may need to collect your payment information such as validity and phone number, email, address, and bank card information, which are sensitive personal information necessary for the payment function. Refusal to provide such information will prevent you from using this feature but will not affect normal use of other functions.

(6) Advertising: We may share analyzed, de-identified device information or statistical information with advertisers, service providers, and other partners (collectively referred to as "Ad Partners"). These data are difficult to or cannot be associated with your real identity. They help us analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements and related services.

a) Ad Push and Delivery: Ad partners involved in push/promotions and ad delivery or service-related services may need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, and channel information while tags and information with advertisers for ad delivery, optimization, and improve effective ad reach rates.

b) Advertising Statistics and Analysis: Ad partners that provide ad statistics and analysis services may need to use your device, network, ad clicks, views, displays, and ad conversion data for analyzing, evaluating, and enhancing the effectiveness of ads and related services.

5. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

5.1 Information Storage

5.1.1 We store the personal information collected and generated during operations within the People's Republic of China in accordance with legal regulations. We will not transfer the said information abroad, but if the transfer to overseas is necessary, we will adhere to the relevant national regulations or obtain your consent.

5.1.2 Storage Period

a) We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide you with products or services; for example, content and related information you publish will be retained until withdrawal, deletion, or account cancellation to provide you with continuous business functions.

After withdrawal, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but it will not affect prior personal information processing based on your authorization. b) You can choose whether to receive system notifications sent by the APP via the mobile system settings -> Notifications -> TopWidgets+ or set the types of system notifications you wish to receive.

c) If you do not want us to access your album to help you implement switching the component background image border feature, you can disable album authorization in the mobile system settings -> Top+ -> Permissions list.

d) If you do not want the Weather Widget to obtain your geographical location, you can disable location authorization in the mobile system settings -> Top Widgets+ -> Permissions list.

e) If you do not wish to receive personalized content, you can disable "Personalized Content Recommendation" through the APP -> More -> Authorization settings -> Personalized advertising. After opting out of personalized content recommendations, you will not see content related to your personal information or interests, but advertisements will still be displayed.

7.2 You can access, modify, and delete your information during service usage. The method to access, modify, and delete information depends on the specific service you use.

7.3 If you find our collection or use of your information violates legal regulations or agreement conditions, you can request us to delete it. If there is an error in your collected and stored information and you cannot correct it yourself, you can also request us to correct it.

7.4 When accessing, modifying, and deleting related information, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure account security. Please understand that due to technical limitations and legal requirements, some of your requests may be inadequately responded to. Due to safety and identity recognition considerations, you may not autonomously modify certain initial registration information submitted during registration; if you need to change this information, please contact us via email (TopWidgets@sina.com), we will promptly review the issues involved and reply after verifying your user identity by a professional within 15 business days.

7.5 Due to legal or reasonable security reasons, some of your information may not be accessible, modifiable, or deletable.

7.6 You can complete the cancellation process by using contact methods listed in the Privacy Policy or open the APP -> Accounts -> More -> Click on the account avatar -> Account management -> Account cancellation. Upon receiving the request, your account's data will be cleared within 24 hours; this action is irreversible. Please pay attention and be aware to back up all information related to the account yourself before cancellation, and confirm that all services related to the account have been properly processed. Once canceled, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it. Please understand and be aware that based on relevant legal and regulatory requirements, relevant log records will be retained for no less than six months.

8. Changes to Service Content

Please be aware that with the development of our business, adjustments to the provision of products or services may occur.
